A purpose built monitoring solution for retrofit, new build, and legacy electrical installation. This unique product enables legacy data centers to manage power and cooling capacity without power downtime. The CL-Amp™ Device shows power demand in a cost effective and efficient “non-invasive” manner. In one easy step, this smart device, when used with the rest of the system, provides the ability to identify available capacity, make informed decisions, calculate “what-if” scenarios, perform risk analysis, and drive down costs for improved energy efficiency. The CL-Amp™ Device enables the non-invasive real-time monitoring of current for any device or power strip, rated up to 60A. Devised with an open fork in the high quality and robust plastic housing, it is placed directly over a non-armored power cable with a choice of locking-ring collars to suit most international 20A and 30A cable sizes. Each locking ring separates into two halves and is placed around the power cable and pushed into the clamping slot, retaining the cable with a neat twist and lock action. A very lightweight device, it is designed to be installed at any convenient location on the cable. The CL-Amp™ Device is part of the portfolio of SmartZone™ Solutions that deliver comprehensive energy and physical infrastructure efficiency in data centers, facilities, and remote enterprise sites through intelligent products, systems, and services.
