INSTALLATION TIP FOR USE WITH SPACEPAK PART NUMBERS: AC-RBF-3 (Standard Return Air Box) AC-RBC-3 (PurePak Recessed Air Cleaner)
If using a ceiling or wall cut-out to pass through a horizontal size 3642 fan coil unit, follow the instructions below: 1.
The hole cut-out measurement should be 14-1/2" X 32-1/8".

Remove the electrical box from fan coil unit by removing the (4) inner screws that attach the box to unit.
Remove the (2) faceplate screws from the electrical box.

Remove both wire bushings that hold the black & white and the (2) brown wires.
Disconnect the black wire (leg 1 of power block) & white wire (FR terminal 4) from terminals.
7.
Pass the unit through the hole.
8.
Reassemble components and attach wire connections as stated above.
Disconnect the (2) brown wires from the "YT" and "YC" terminals.
