CONFERENCE SPACE
Space Solutions Powered by CNM Ingenuity provides: ❱ Conference rooms, classrooms and computer labs for licensing on a space available basis; ❱ Tables and chairs (subject to availability based on number of rooms in use); ❱ Set-up of tables and chairs (varied configuration options provided); ❱ Wireless internet access (instructions available upon request); ❱ Includes Audio/Visual/Internet services and technical support; ❱ Usual and customary custodial services; ❱ A list of local service providers for additional services, including caterers and lodging.
COLLABORATION SPACE
We do not provide copy/duplication or laptop computers.
EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE (site dependent, see page 2 for full list) Classrooms and Labs are technologically enhanced with video projectors, sound and large screens. Designed to be user friendly, facilitators can simply plug in his or her personal laptop and project presentations onto the large screen with sound to fill the room. Classrooms typically come standard with white boards and flip charts to give facilitators a variety of instructional tools. We also able to accommodate DVD Players, Microphones, Wireless laptop carts, ISDN and IP video conferencing, Smartboards and more.
