CONDITION REPOR1 & GENERAL COMMENTS: This vessel was buLII1or the Lombardo Group as the "Spring Creek" and is now 26 years old. The vessel was a small rig tender and is now employed as a tug. This vessel was once in Class with Lloyd's Register. But trus has now been wiU1drawn and the vessel operates with a Queensland Certificate ofRegistratioo class 28. The engine room was fo und in somewhat soot stained condition due to an exhaust leak, which has now been repaired. lt is understood that the tug is due for a refit. The general condition displays wear and tear commensurate with the age of the vesseJ. I Iowever lbc owners ensure that tbc vessel is maintained in good operational condition. The vessel works continuously on a schedule towing the barge ·Colossus' from Cairns to the Torres Slrails and is a valuable unit in the Company's business.
