The LX SERIES solar LED lighting fixture combines the latest in LED lighting technology from Philips Lumileds, infrared motion sensor, solar module and battery into a single compact and stylish housing. There is no wiring or electrical connections. Installation is fast, easy and secure. The LX50 Classic models are designed to operate at dusk for a predetermined period of time after which the PIR occupancy sensor reactivates the light when occupancy is detected. The LX50 Dimming models are designed to operate on three light intensities; high, medium and low intensity. Light turns on automatically at dusk on low intensity for the first night segment and goes to high intensity when occupancy is detected. For the second night segment, light goes out and is reactivated at medium intensity only when occupancy is detected.
