Must locate and seal. Contact max. 0.6 mm. Clearance for expansion to system drawing. Use anti-size for all threads. Tighten. Mold dimension must include expansion. For PP, PE, PS only. Protect all wires from heat. Consult INCOE® before removing. Torque Forces M6=14 Nm, M8=35 Nm, M10=70 Nm, M12=120 Nm Fe-CuNi white = + / red = – Offset dowel. Extend TC only with Fe-CuNi wire. Before assembly check all zones individually at approx. 100°C (212°F). Supports with nozzles. Prevent damage to O-Rings and seal areas.
