Overview of instrument testing needs Please describe: your instrumentation instrument testing needs Include such items as: altitude requirements special maneuvers needed additional measurements needed for the evaluation of system performance airspeed requirements or limitations etc. Describe the number of flights needed and the meteorological or similar target conditions (e.g. need for polluted or clean air) needed for testing. List the dates your instrument will be available for testing and the personnel that are planned to be in the field with the testing. Disclose any export restrictions on your instrument or proprietary restrictions on the instrument or data. For the 2013 GV IDEAS program, review the schedule and indicate if you will have any problems meeting it.

Note: The standard format for processed, RAF output data is net CDF. The standard output media are CD/DVD and ftp transfer.
