A red indicator represents power charging. A green indicator represent full signal connection. Pair / Answer / Hang Up 3 Pair :Press and hold the pair button on the headset for 5 seconds until the green LED flashes, then press and hold the pair button on the USB dongle for 5 seconds to complete the pairing process. Answer: Press pair button for 1 second to answer an incoming call* Hang up: Press pair button for 2 seconds to either reject an incoming call or end an active call*

*IMPORTANT - You must enable the global hotkeys in Skype for this function to operate. Go to the Skype program, >Options >Hotkeys and make sure youenable the Global Hotkey check box and enable the Answer Call button (Alt-PgUp) and Reject/Hang up Call button (Alt-PgDn). Skype default is set to disable hotkeys. This function is not compatible with Mac OSX.

To recharge plug in the charger cable to the headset. The headset LED will glow red to indicate charging. You can still use the headset whilst charging.

Getting Started
Pairing the headset to the USB Dongle

Press and hold PAIR button to connect the signal transmission. Do this for the headset and the puck. The button must be held for 5 seconds.

Important User Information Unplug the USB charging cable if any of the following conditions exist The USB cable or plug has become frayed or damaged. The USB cable has been exposed to rain, liquids, or excessive moisture. You want to clean the headset.
Troubleshooting Troubleshooting No signal connection to the headset Make sure the headset is charged and the USB Dongle is properly connected to the PC. Make sure it is within the range of signal coverage - Try powering on the headset. The headset is automatically switched off The battery is too low. The indicator light on the headset is off. Unexpected behavior Reset the headset. No audio at the headset Check the headset and the computer volume control. Make sure they are not in the lowest volume level or muted. Check the pair status of the USB Dongle and the headset. Make sure two devices are paired properly. Check if the PC Media Player is properly installed, and audio file is playable. The listening party can not hear you over the internet. Make sure the microphone is not in the mute position.
Avoiding hearing damage Regular use : Charge the headset for approximately 2 hours if the battery is completely dead.

Permanent hearing loss may occur if a headset is used at high volume. Set the volume to a safe level. You can adapt over time to a higher volume of sound that can be damaging to your hearing. Listen to music and movies at a moderate level and avoid prolonged periods of high volume media.
Hearing experts suggest that to protect your hearing: Limit the amount of time you use the headset at high volume Avoid turning up the volume to block out noisy surroundings. Turn down the volume if you can't hear people speaking near you.
Maintaining battery life Connect the USB Dongle to a PC or Mac for signal transmission.
Due to the physical nature of batteries, the charging time may become longer and the actual capacity of battery may decrease.
Turn on/off the headset
Handling the headset Do not bend, drop, crush, puncture, incinerate, or open the headset.
Repairing the headset Steady red light is turned off when the headset is fully charged.
Never attempt to repair the headset yourself. The headset does not contain any user serviceable parts.
