Operating temperature -20…+80 °C Two-stage EMI filter Widerange input 10…36 V DC The compact and very efficient DC/DC converter was designed for operation in high-temperature environments. With its widerange input this DC/DC converter operates both in 12 V DC and 24 V DC. The output voltage is galvanically isolated from the input and regulated. Cooling for the DC/DC converter is done either by means of a direct connection to the casing or by a heat sink, which is optional available.

* Efficiency measured at 24 VDC input voltage. Ripple and Noise was measured by a 15 MHz bandwidth limited oscilloscope with connected 10 nF and 1 µF capacitors at the output. A back-up fuse has to be used. (12 VDC: 10 A, 24 VDC: 7,5 A). As a power component this PSU is for assembly purposes only and must not be operated in unassembled condition. The final assembly has to comply with the valid EMC and safety standards.

The sense line was factory-set to internal (off). If an external sense line is required, the jumpers JP1/JP2 on the PCB have to be removed. The length of the sense line must not exceed 300 mm and it must be twisted. It is connected directly to the supply connector of the load.
