A hinged flap allows the unit to sit almost flush to a table once the microphone has been disconnected, allowing the table to be used for other matters. It is supplied with a dedicated phantom power adaptor designed to power the C 3100 miniature gooseneck microphones terminated with Tini Q (mini XLR) 3 pin connectors. The Phantom power 1/2 Clock Audio http://www.clockaudio.com/ Technical adaptor accepts 9 to 48 volts DC and has an impedance of 200 Ohms. The phantom power adaptor includes filters, which will eliminate all GSM frequencies from 900-1200 MHz and is terminated with a male 3 pin XLR. A push to talk switch and a Bi-colour LED indicator is fitted to the base, LED accepting 5, 12 or 24Vdc @ 30mA.
