Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) Door and Aluminum Frame Warranty Fleming Door-branded products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery of the original purchase, as follows: (a) This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are expressly denied). (b) Upon prompt notice and proof to our reasonable satisfaction of a defect, we will at our sole option either repair or replace the defective item(s), and we will have no liability or obligation for any damages of any kind beyond such repair or replacement. (c) Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty explicitly excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, and fire or freight damage.
(d) Warranty covers the quality of the finish and anodizing.
(e) This warranty does not cover thermal bow on doors subject to direct sunlight. To reduce the possibility of thermal bow, it is recommended to use lighter colors on openings facing the sun or provide overhangs/ shading. (f) We assume no liability to pay any costs of labor or material for repair, service or replacement of any Fleming Door product which has been incurred by anyone other than us.
(g) Normal wear and tear including aging of the finish is not covered in this warranty.
(h) This warranty applies to the specified doors and frames only; Fleming Door Products makes no warranty of any kind as to the hardware which is installed upon the doors and frames.
Without limiting the foregoing, the following will void this limited warranty:
1. Failure to follow installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
2. Field modifications made by other than factory authorized personnel.
3. The application of hardware other than the hardware which the product was manufactured to receive.
4. The abuse, or improper use of the product.
