Simone's Bar Party contract Parties are reserved in three (3) hour increments. All parties must finish no later than 10pm Monday through Saturdays, and no later than 8pm on Sundays. A minimum of fifty (50) people is required for a private space. For groups of less than fifty (50) people, the Lab can be used as a shared space. Simone’s Bar will notify all parties if multiple groups are booked for the same day. A $600 minimum on food and drink is required for private events hosted on Friday and Saturday nights. Unless otherwise specified, food service will not begin until at least half of the party has arrived. We cannot guarantee seating for parties that show up more than thirty (30) minutes late for a reservation. If at least half of the expected number of guests is not present thirty (30) minutes after contracted start time, Simone’s Bar can open up the room to other guests. After 8pm all guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid I.D. on their persons. A valid credit card is required to reserve orders. All food orders must be pre ordered four (4) days prior to the event, to ensure proper prep time. Simone's Bar will assess a cancellation fee of 25% of the contracted amount in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Unless otherwise specified, all additional food and drinks will be charge to the host. For each additional food or drink tab, a valid credit card and I.D. is required. Simone’s Bar holds the right to refuse service to any guests. Outside decorations, such as balloons, streamers, and table clothes, are allowed. Confetti is strictly prohibited. Outside food and drink are prohibited, with the exception of outside desserts. Simone's Bar holds the right to charge a $25 clean up fee for any decoration or personal items left behind. Outside music, such as IPods and personal DJs are permitted, with prior approval from management. All outside music must plug into our sound system to ensure proper sound control. Simone's Bar has the right to adjust volume as necessary. Simone's Bar cannot be held responsible for any personal items.
