VIP-150T/ communication sample via SIP-50 SIP-50 Configurations: STEP 1: Adding a new number “1001” in SIP-50 Please log in SIP-50, and browse to the “Subscriber” configuration menu. Click on the “New” in the subscriber-listing screen. Add a subscriber “1001” in the SIP-50 database.
STEP 2: To verify the SIP client registration status, browse to the “Subscriber” -à “Phone Status”; then you may see the client registration status on the screen. The registered (online) client will be green, and the un-registered (offline) clients will be red.
Machine configurations on the VIP-150T/VIP-152T: STEP 1: Log in VIP-150T/VIP-152T via web browser, and browse to the SIP configuration menu. Select machine operation in “Proxy”, and fill the registration data in the SIP configuration page.

After completing the configurations, please reboot machine to activate the SIP proxy settings. To check the registration status: the red LED on VIP-150T/VIP-152T will be OFF when the registration is successful, and the LED will be FLASHING when the registration failed.

STEP 2: Please fill SIP proxy of your VIP-160 Server Address field. (In the SIP-50 case, the Server address is 172.16.0.50) STEP 3: Please fill SIP port of your VIP-160 Port field. (The Port number is 5060) STEP 4: Please be reminded: Due to the connection via SIP Proxy, please enable the ”Send Registration Request with Expire Times” option field and adjust the number to 60.

STEP 5: In the Gateway Settings field, please fill line number length in the Dial Plan field. (The line numbers in SIP-50 account are 6006; please setup the dialing string length to "xxxx")

STEP 6: After these configurations, please “Done” and Reboot machine to make the settings effective and check registration status. Supposing the connection is success, this Status is ONLine.
