Electricity Level Display: indicates the power level in % by 1, 2, 3 or 4 lights on.
Charge the Power Bank Shortly press the on-off key, the LED display indicates the current energy situation. Four blue LED indicator on = power bank is full Two blue LED indicator on = power bank is full 1/3 One blue LED indicator on = power bank is almost empty; recharged it soon An indicator light flashing = means electric quality is less than 15% A LED flashing means, electric quality less than 15%, and then the voltage is too low. When the power is too low after inserting, the first LED is blinking, the power bank output stops automatically charging the device at the same time! Connect your USB AC Adapter with the Micro USB connector cable, then insert it into the power bank’s input interface (IN). When charging your device, the blue LED flash shows the current capacity. When the power bank is fully charged, all blue LED lights keep bright. Connect the power bank to your computer’s USB port. When charging the power bank, the blue LED flash shows the current capacity. When the power bank is fully charged, all blue LED lights keep bright. Charging time is somehow longer than with AC Adapter. Attention: this method is only to show the other possibility, which is not recommended (while it takes longer time to charge the power bank). When charging your products, LED light flash shows the current capacity and it means the items is fully charged when LED lights keep bright. The charging time is approx. 14 – 15 hours. If you only press the power button once, you see the 4 blue LEDs light up. By doing these you can check whether the power bank is fully charged or not.
Charging a digital / elctronical product Shortly press the on-off key, and power bank switches on, the power bank has two 5V output, if there has no electronic products connecting, the power bank automatically shuts down in 30 seconds. Select the appropriate connector and cable and connect the power ban with electronic products, Products will automatically recognize and be charged (compatible with many sort of electronic products such as: mobile phone, MP3, PSP, iPad, etc.)

NOTE: Because of the power conversion efficiency of the power bank and your digital devices, the rated capacity of the power bank is not equal to the actual chargeable capacity. This power bank could charge the most of the digital devices, but there is still the chance that maybe some kind normal area and cannot be regarded as the defects. If the power bank could not charge your devices, then check if the cable is firmly connected or if the right connector has been chosen, the original cable sold along with your device is always suggested to use. If the instantaneous current is oversize when charging the digital devices, the power bank will turn to the protected mode automatically.

STOP USING when unusual smell / heating distortion / color-change of the shell material or other abnormal situation happens.
