Slip-mount adapter Slip-mount makes it possible to mount filters on lenses with no filter thread.
Application area Many varifocal zoom and shorter fixed focal length wide angle lenses are not supplied with filter threads due to the presence of a protruding, strongly convex first lens element. MidOpt slip mount adapters allow standard threaded filters to be fitted securely to a large variety of lenses that are not designed with filter threads.
