System Overview & Network Video Recorder (NVR) Specifications Experience the very best in high definition video recording using 1080P resolution combined with professional class IP POE (Power over Ethernet) signal transmission. Stunning details are captured in real time as the powerful 50 megabyte bandwidth processor in this network video recorder uses its own built-in network switch to process and store images, eliminating the lost signal packets and frozen video frames associated with less expensive network fed video recorders. Single cable plug-n-play connections collect video and supply power to each camera. An automated wizard will guide you through the system setup process and configure the cameras to the recorder automatically. Compatible IP wired and wireless cameras found by the NVR’s auto-search on your local network can also be displayed and recorded. Take full advantage of IP (Internet Protocol) capabilities with the included Security Labs Link™ feature. Each camera in this system contains its own web server that operates on a private protocol that matches the one used by the NVR . The cameras can be plugged directly into the NVR, or installed at remote location (with broadband internet service) miles away and still be viewed and recorded on this NVR, with all of the camera’s additional features and menus fully functional. The included tamper-proof metal case dome cameras look great indoors, but can also be used outdoors when mounted under a protective covering from direct rain such as an awning or eave.
