Using standard (UTP, STP or FTP) twisted pair Wide Bandwidth video and audio signals are extended through the same CAT* cable 100m of Cat* cable. Flexible models allow for audio or remote power configuration. Multiple output transmitter units are also available including 3 and 5 Cat* splitters. An active video looping input and high impedance audio loop allow for up to 4 transmitters to be daisy-chained together for larger screen requirements. A 19” rack mounting kit is available for the transmitters providing convenient and neat installation The SLX-711-N range from Smart-e provides a flexible and cost effective Digital Signage extender solution *CAT* refers to Category 5, 5e, 6, 7 and 8 structured cabling SLX-TX711 The SLX-TX711 unit is a compact CAT* transmitter designed to distribute a high resolution RGBHV and audio signal to a single remote display up to a CAT* cable distance of 100m from the source. The unit provides an active wide bandwidth video and audio looping input designed to drive a local monitor or allow multiple transmitters to be cascaded together for larger requirements. Continuous DDC connection through the HD15 socket allows for correct EDID communication. Powered from a secure connected compact 12V power supply, the unit is able to remotely power a SLX-RX711-NA (video only) receiver up to 100m of cable. The receiver can compensate for high frequency signal loss providing a high quality video image and hi-fi audio. Comprehensive ESD protection ensures complete reliability even in harsh environments Powered from the CAT* cable (model: SLX-RX711-NA), the unit can be discretely hidden behind any display or projector. Integral mounting brackets are supplied as part of the case.
