SmartSpect All-in-one Vision System SmartSpect is Laetus’ first smart camera system based on PC technology. This powerful generation of a smart vision system offers the complete environment to run the well-tried and reliable quality inspection packages from Laetus. The stand-alone system provides optimum configurations for cost sensitive application as wells compact and easy installing.
Applications SmartSpect is available for different applications. The SmartSpect Auto-ID Reader provides the configuration for typical Auto ID (identification) applications. Included are decoding of PHARMA-CODE, bar code reading and verification, OCR /OCV and consistency check, which can check automatically for consistent data in bar code and plain text. The SmartSpect Integrity Reader is configured for typical integrity check applications including colour
features. Pattern matching, grid integrity and distance measurement are implemented as well as the check of label position and label skew. SmartSpect Colour ID features colour based identification, e.g. colour rings. The grid (colour) based integrity inspections and the dimensional measurements make it suitable for typical inspections on a liquid packing line. SmartSpect Blister includes an easy to use blister inspection module. Three packages are prepared with optimized accessories.
