Humidity Sensors Measure relative humidity of air and abnormal conditions to ensure the environment does not get too moist or dry, thus preventing damage to equipment. Airflow Sensors Measure air velocity in and around a rack, cabinet, ceiling or wall. PIR Sensors Passive infrared receivers, which constantly monitor the infrared energy levels around a room and recognize change caused by entry of an intruder. Smoke Sensors Enable immediate data capture and alerting of potentially fatal smoke or fire conditions at different IT and facility domain points, in either new or retrofit installations. 10 SmartZone™ Hardware Cabinet Access and Controls The SmartZone™ EPA064 and EPA126 Gateways are capable of supporting a physical access control solution for cabinets.
