OPERATION GUIDE: 1. Connect the AC power cord to the power jack on massager first. 2. Plug in the power cord to wall outlet. 3. Press the On/Off Power button to turn on power, its indicator light is on in red. The device starts massaging with Mode 1 and Strength 1 (default setting). 4. Under Mode 1, its indicator light is on in blue. Press the Mode button once to change from Mode 1 to Mode 2, its indicator is on in red. Press Mode button again to change from Mode 2 to Mode 3, its indicator light is on in both blue and red (blue and red switching alternatively). 5. During massaging, press Strength button to switch its intensity levels. 6. During massaging, press Heat button to turn on or off the heat function. 7. During massaging, press O 3 button to turn on or off the O3 function. 8. Press On/Off Power button again to turn off power. 9. Its default massage time is 15 minutes per cycle. The device will shut off automatically after 15 minutes of use. Turn on power again for using more cycles. 10. Unplug the power cord from wall outlet when it is not in use. And then remove the AC power cord from the power jack on massager. Parameter of 3 massage modes: Mode 1: Kneading and air pressure massage working together. Mode 2: Similar to mode 1,the speed of kneading is faster than under mode 1. Mode 3: No kneading, only air pressure massage. The air pressure strength is stronger than under mode 1 and mode 2.
Note:
Under Mode 1/2/3, Intensity / Heat / Ozone can be adjusted based on your need. It is recommended that you start with its default massaging Mode 1 (gentle intensity).

To avoid over contact with skin, wearing comfortable dressing for massaging is recommended. Never dress with hard materials when massaging, which may be less comfortable and may cause unwanted noise. If the device was not used for a long time, check it first before use again. This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to provide a relaxation massage at home. Do not use this product for more than 45 minutes at a time. Always take a break of 5 to 10 minutes if you want to use for more cycles. Never use this product while sleeping.

To avoid excessive stimulation of the muscles and nerves, the massage time should not exceed the recommended 45 minutes at a time (its default time is 15 minutes). 3.
