Software update for Pioneer model XDP-100R SW version: 0.1.28.4_ February 10, 2016 This update contains the following changes.  Improved SD card playback  Improved music playback  Improved GUI Interface  Improves the connectivity to the USB DAC  Improves operation and adds the FF/FR function in the “Music” App How to update the software to the latest version. Important!      Confirm the battery level is 40% to 100% or is connected to a USB charger. If the battery level is 20% or lower, the update will not start even when connected to a USB charger. The unit must be connected to a Wi-Fi network with access to the internet. Do not use the unit during the update process. Recommend doing a data backup before starting the update. This process will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. This time will vary based on your internet speed and the number of items changed. Once connected to the internet, a message will be displayed on the screen when a software update is available.  Tap on the DOWNLOAD to start the update process and follow the on screen instructions. You can also choose to update at a later time by doing the following steps.  Tap the Settings icon.  Tap the “Device Information” under the “System” group.  Tap the “System updates” and following the on screen instructions. Confirm the SW version was updated by doing the following steps.    Tap the Settings icon. Tap the “Device Information” under the “System” group. Scroll down to the “SW version” at the bottom and confirm the version numbers, up to the underscore, are the same as the ones shown at the beginning of this procedure.
