PREFACE Promax srl has much experience about textile industry. We have many machines installed with our CNC (Quilting machines, Border Machines, Double Head Sewing Machines) Our machines can reached the 3000 point/min (or more) The our Hardware allows to resolve any request, the NGS (Next Generation System) with canopen and Ethercat, can be interfaced with a lot external products.
PC Software Promax offers a complete software for PC. This software is customizable to customer requests. It allows to imported the DXF drawing and elaborate it for a perfect sewing on the material. It can support the control of two sew heads that work simultaneously with a perfect synchronism. This mode allow to increase the production. With a special functions, you can stretch, move and elaborate the DXF drawing. The software reduces automatically the needle speed in the critical points (corner etc.)
TECHNOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS DXF drawing import With complete DXF import, you can use, Autocad or compatible CAD, for drawing the images. The DXF import Software, converts the images for the machine and optimezes the work. With this software is possible select the double head to enable for working in the drawing (one or two simultaneously).
Create Compositions You can create a specific composition and save it in your library The composition is immediatly ready to work
Work Preview You can simulate the work without use the machine. You can see the heads movements, and check if this is correct
Sewing Parameters Setting The software allows to change the sewing parameters for optimize the work
Path Sorting All drawing paths, can be sorted for enable the path working in the correct mode
Set Drawing Position in the Frame, Stretch Dimension or Mirror The specific functions, allows to set the correct drawing position in the frame, dimensions, etc. POSITION IN THE FRAME
