This installation guide is for installing a Sopro 617, Life, or 717 First camera and docking station on a 12:00 Procenter delivery unit.

Step 1: Remove control panel.
A) Open cabinet doors and clear space for access. B) Remove control panel from top and bottom slides. TP201 Rev. A
Note: Remove control panel carefully to avoid damage.

Step 2: Install docking station. A) B) C) D) E) F)
Install velcro strips to control panel and docking station. Secure docking station to control panel. Connect black wires from docking station to terminal. Connect red wires in docking station. Connect camera wire to docking station. Connect USB cable to docking station and computer.

Step 3: Install valve bracket.
A) Place bracket in delivery unit (any position from two to six). B) Install screw to secure bracket to control panel.

Step 4: Install pressure switch and valve.
A) Install pressure switch (w/ two wires) as shown. B) Connect pressure switch wires to red wires using splices. C) Install 3-way valve (N.O.).

Step 5: Make tubing connections. A) B) C) D)
Connect pressure switch tubing (w/ uni-clamp) to 3-way valve. Connect purple tubing (w/ uni-clamp) from 3-way valve to delivery unit. Connect red tubing from 3-way valve (w/ tee) to delivery unit/rheostat. Ensure connection from camera to docking station.

Remove instrument holder plate carefully to avoid areas where moving parts may damage wires.
Instrument Holder
Connect and route tubing exactly as shown below. Reposition existing tee fittings as needed. Trim all excess tubing among valves. Failure to do so may cause tubing to kink, which prevents proper operation.
Step 6: Install camera. A) B) C) D) E) F) G) H)
Remove screws from instrument holder plate. Remove existing plug and set screw. Install actuator and valve to actuator. Route tubing through instrument holder and connect as shown. Install actuator assembly to instrument holder using two screws. Install new set screw until flush with instrument holder. Install instrument holder plate and screws to instrument holder. Place camera handpiece in slot position.

Step 7: Install camera.
A) Install control panel to top and bottom slides. B) Close cabinet doors. C) Connect power source and verify operation.

Step 8: Verify camera operation.
A) Remove the camera handpiece from the holder. B) Ensure images from camera handpiece appear on a monitor to verify operation. Note: Refer to the Sopro Camera manuals for more information on the camera operating modes and button options.
