The personalisation is included in the sign price, all we require from you is camera ready artwork (preferred) or artwork we can copy to create your sign. Once we have been through the artwork process and we have a signed artwork confirmation sheet from you or your customer we can begin to process your order, please note that the product lead time is calculated from the point the artwork is signed off and not from the point the order is received.
