When a single connector, one meter of cable or a fully assembled system is needed, LivePower is where you should put your bet on. All accessories for these products are available from stock. In this way you do not have to look elsewhere for these products. We apply the "one-stop-shop" concept. We are also manufacturer of castings, multifunction connector housings, electrical cabinets and power distributions. These can all be customized to your needs, so your existing systems can be updated with the right products, at the appropriate ways. All products are manufactured at our site in Belgium, which allows us to closely monitor every aspect of the production process. All these extension cables are manufactured in our own workshop using high quality products. We use a flexible black rubber cable of the type H 07 RNF. Y-Splitters are constructed by PVC injection-molding core offering great tensile force and rubber molding cover with excellent impact-absorbency. The mold-in extension is HO7-RNF rubber cables overall length 1M with fire retardant and oil resistant specs. Parallel/ Series sticker mark with transparent heat-shrink sleeve identify the wirings clearly. Connector assembly is available upon request!

BREAK OUT BOX Robust housing made of black plastic. The design provides protection for the multi connectors (Harting HAN 16 E or 19 pin KC). There is the possibility to mount light hooks onto the box so it can be suspended from trusses. The output side can be provided with ABL or CEE connectors. The breakout boxes are internally wired with 2,5 mm² wires.

Did you know...
That the TA-6F6M is in fact, a 2-way Y-split AND a male/male, femal/female coupler in one?
That you can combine several adaptors to create a completely new one? e.g. The TA-3M6MF-INS (in combination with the TA-3J3F) is an insert cable where the TIP is set to be the SEND signal. By combining this piece with a 3F3M-REV it will become an insert cable where the RING will act as the SEND contact.

CUSTOM MILLING & ENGRAVING PATCH PANELS
In our own workshop there are 3 machines available trough wich we are capable of delivering high quality milling and engraving services. There can be milled in plastics, for example for our LivePower break-out boxes and power distribution cabinets, and in aluminium (e.g. patch panels). Due to the use of reliable and high precision software, the possibilities of the milling work are endless. It can range from a single patch panel with 1 D-size hole in it, until even a complete multi-system. A draft of the patch panel is always presented to the customer. This enables the customer to check the design for errors. When the design is approved, the milling is started. The price of a patch panel depends on several factors. These are stated in the table underneath. It goes without saying that the design cost is only charged once, when several panels of the same design are required. POWER DISTRIBUTION BOXES The LivePower power distribution boxes are milled, welded and assembled in our workshop. They are made of a high-quality black plastic which is resistant to grease, oil, water etc. The unique sizes of these boxes make it possible to build them in into a 19” flightcase, via a seperatly available accessory. The heights of these cabinets follow the standard unit sizes. All power units can be assembled according to your wishes and needs. We will work with you to create a power distribution system that perfectly meets the demands for the application where you will be using it for.
