Note: If it starts to get hard to turn, it may be at the end or their may be food or seeds stuck in the blade. Simply remove the seeds or food stuck in the blade and start again.
6. Once you can not slice anymore, remove the end of the fruit or vegetable.
7. Remove the food in the middle of the round steel guide.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Pull the blade up to clean it. Pull the crank section all the way out and hand wash all parts in warm soapy water. Wipe the outer surface.
2. The blades you do not use can go into the blade storage at the back of the base, underneath.
Tips
n Use with onions, apples, zucchini, potatoes or cabbage.
n Great for zucchini noodles, ribbon slices apples, schredded cabbage, curly sweet potatoes and onions.
n Firm Vegetables and fruit work better than mushy ones.
n Concider the shape of the food you want to slice. Some may need to be cut. Straight zucchini will work better than a curved one.

2. Hand wash the blades and vegetable support.
Using your Slicer.
1. Place on a smooth surface and press down on the suction feet (fig A). To release the suction feet, pull gently at the rubber hooks.

2. Choose the appropriate blade. Slide it into the guide (fig B). Press the blade down until it stops and the bottom piece inserts in the base. The blade will only go in one way. The curve should be at the top.
3. Cut a piece off of the vegetable or fruit to make a straight edge. Place the straight edge facing toward the vegetable support. Push forward , fixing the other side of the vegeteable or fruit on the round steel guide on the blade insert.

4. Hold the handle with one hand and the crank with the other (fig. D). Turn the crank clockwise and push towards the blade while turning. The fruit/vegetable will start cutting spirally. 5. Wow, look how fun it looks.
