The Square Kitchen is an easily transformable space and is a stunning canvas for your day, complete with exposed brick, beautiful art, feature walls and a striking art deco mirror. Your Reception Extend your special day into the night with a personalised reception perfectly suited to your tastes. Whether you want a sit down meal, feel like dancing or want it all this is your place! Begin your celebrations in style and soak up the atmosphere with a Champagne reception in our fabulous boutique lounge. With the choice of a variety of menus hand-crafted by our award winning kitchen team, prepare to be spoilt for choice. Summer wedding? Perhaps a BBQ or tea party complete with mouth watering summer cocktails on our stunning outside terrace would suit you. The secluded heated terrace is a breath of fresh air lit with fairy lights and candle lanterns. A real hidden gem in the heart of the city. The terrace is beautiful all year round with many couples opting for autumn hog roasts and al fresco dining into the winter! Looking for something more traditional? Our award winning restaurant looks stunning, glistening with candelabras, fresh white linen and whatever else your heart desires! Enjoy a set menu customised to your needs for you and your guests before escaping to the Lower Deck for the all important first dance. With VIP areas and decadent seating our Lower Deck cocktail bar is sure to leave your guests reeling with compliments for years to come. Celebrate in style with hand crafted cocktails made to your taste whilst you dance the night away to your live band or DJ.

Guest Book We had the BEST day - Pretty much all of our guests commented on the venue saying how amazing it is! (Which we knew anyway!)The process before the day was great - we felt as though we were well informed of what was going to happen and you and your team answered our questions promptly. Booking With Us Part of what makes us unique is that all our Wedding Packages are tailored just for you and our Private Events Manager will be happy to offer you a personal quote on learning a little more about your plans for the big day! As Bristol’s Premier Private Members Club you are required to hold an annual membership to host your Wedding with us. This membership to The Square brings with it a host of benefits you can take advantage of throughout the year.
The Venue Hire fees for 2013 are:- Saturday £895, Friday £595, Sunday and Weekdays £395. Hire fees are inclusive of VAT and annual membership! In order to hold your ceremony with us there is an additional £80 fee.
