NC6CB Prewire Prior to Drywall New Construction Speaker Mounting Brackets The Current Audio New Construction RoughIn Bracket system is designed as an aid for the installation of speakers at a later date and as a place holder for the installed speaker. The system consists of a pair of mounting frames and corresponding mounting wings.

The mounting frame serves as a template for the Drywall installer to cut the proper size hole for your intended speaker and to provide the proper placement position. The supplied perforated mounting wings provide various mounting positions and can easily be screwed or nailed to wall studs or ceiling rafters of up to 24” or more. Unlike other manufacturers the Current Audio brackets allow you to span 24” on or off center without purchasing longer wings. This gives the installer the flexibility to precisely align the speakers and not be constrained by the limits of the 24” rafter size.
