Technical Sheet: How to operate the Audio Visual Equipment rev 02 27/04/2015 *Please Note* If the PC is already logged in by a previous user select “Switch User” Logging On / Logging Off Log on to the PC using your university staff account or the Visitor account (Username: .\Visitor; Password: Greenwich2012 (case sensitive) Log off when your session is completed. Please do not shut down the PC Touch Panel Home Page The Touch Panel If the screen is blank touch it anywhere to wake it up. The Welcome screen will be displayed. Touch it again to open the Home Page. Select Source Select Destination Choose the source you want displayed / PC / Laptop VGA / Laptop HDMI / Doc Cam / Blu-Ray / WePresent Volume Controls Select the destination you want: Preview (displays source content on the monitor only); Projector 1, 2 or 3 (if available); Doc Cam Please Note: The system will only play audio content from the last source selected with the projector as the destination. Volume controls consist of Mute, Down & Up Touch the mute button to activate it. Press and hold the up or down buttons to activate them. Blanking the Screens Use the Blank button to hide screen content. Shutting Down Step 1 First press the Shutdown button on the bottom left of the control panel Shutting Down Step 2 Next confirm you want to shut the system down. Audio System PC & Blu-Ray SMART Monitor Doc Cam Includes: Speakers / Amplifier / Desk Microphone and /or Lapel Microphone The PC & Blu-Ray are accessed through the front of the cabinet Power on by pressing the button on the left bottom corner of the monitor The Doc Cam is controlled from the console control unit
