STREAMLINE LED T8 Plug & Play Tube ELECTRONIC BALLAST COMPATIBLE LAMP DESCRIPTION The Straits Lighting LED T8 Plug & Play Tube is the direct replacement for fluorescent T8 lighting—no ballast removal or rewiring is necessary. The Plug & Play design is engineered to work with existing fluorescent emergency ballasts and with common electronic ballasts. Long lasting LED chips reduce maintenance and energy costs up to 60% over traditional fluorescents. Straits Lighting T8 Plug & Play lamps are UL and cUL certified.

Risk of electric shock. Direct replacement for fluorescent lamps with electronic ballasts only. Do not direct wire. This device is not intended for use with emergency exits. These lamps are not to be used in damp / wet locations. These lamps are not to be used with dimmers. If the lamp or luminaire exhibits undesirable operation (buzzing, flickering) immediately turn off power, remove the lamp. This lamp operates on electronic ballasts only. If the lamp does not light when installed, remove the lamp from the luminaire. Do not make mass installation before testing.
INSTALLATION—PLUG & PLAY 1. Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breaker panel before the installation 2. Open the diffuser from the light fixture 3. Remove the fluorescent tubes. Please dispose of these items properly as they may contain mercury
4. Put the LED tube into the lighting fixture
5. Install the LED tubes and close the diffuser. 6. Turn on power
