R&D Engineer Aug 2015 - Present Kitware Inc Developing an automated scoring system of collaterals for quantitative assessment of acute stroke. Contributing to the open source toolkit for the segmentation and registration of tubes and surfaces in images. Research Assistant Sept 2013 – Aug 2015 Musculoskeletal research Laboratory Designing pipeline to integrate Finite Element solver and Statistical Shape Modelling (SSM) tool. Implemented computational geometry algorithms for mesh processing methods including Mesh decimation, smoothing, refinement and mesh registeration. Extended support for VTK, PLY, STL file formats. Software Engineer July 2011 – July 2013 Adobe Systems Pvt Ltd Contributed in testing and implementation of Print feature in Acrobat and Reader. Co-developed an online project progress tracking tool.
