STREAMING INTERNET TO HDTV FROM YOUR DEVICE (requires HDMI cable)
HDMI to HMDI cable typically used with laptop computers
HDMI to micro-HMDI cable typically used with tablets (Kindle, Nook, iPad, etc) or smartphones
NOTE: Your device can be a laptop, tablet or smartphone. You must be a subscriber to a service provider to access their content (ESPN, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO, Skype, PANDORA, etc) 1) Connect your device to the clubhouse WiFi (SSID “SSL Lodge”; WPA personal passphrase is “clubhouse”) 2) Use your device to select your desired service (streaming movie, cable TV, streaming music, video conference, etc) 3) Connect your device using the correct HDMI cable (see above) and follow directions for COMPUTER APPLE AIRPLAY NOTE: If your device is an Apple product that is AirPlay capable, then you can wirelessly stream content direct to the HDTV (skip step #3 above.)

2) Push the PANDORA icon on the control panel screen
NOTE: Control panel screen changes to DENON INTERNET RADIO
3) Push the desired station on the control panel screen
NOTE: Control panel screen and the TV both display PANDORA’s song information
When you are done with the system 4) Press the POWER button on the control panel to turn off the system

COMPUTER (requires HDMI cable) NOTE: You can connect your device to the clubhouse WiFi (SSID “SSL Lodge”; WPA personal passphrase is “clubhouse”)
1) Push the POWER button on the control panel 2) Push the PC icon on the control panel screen
NOTE: Control panel screen changes to COMPUTER
3) Plug the HDMI cable from your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone into the HDMI slot located below the control panel
When you are done with the system 4) Push the POWER button on the control panel to turn off the system

MICROPHONE (requires microphone) 1) Push the POWER button on the control panel
2) Push the MIC icon on the control panel screen
NOTE: Control panel screen changes to Microphone
3) Slide the microphone power switch from OFF to ON NOTE: The microphone is active when you see the green light; you can MUTE the sound by sliding the microphone power switch to MUTE 4) Push VOL DN or VOL UP on the control panel screen to adjust volume When you are done with the system 5) Push the POWER button on the control panel to turn off the system and slide the microphone power switch from ON to OFF

SLIDESHOW ON TV USING USB STORAGE NOTE: Requires TV remote, USB storage device with pictures, and HDTV (does not require use of the control panel)
1) There are 3 remote controls; use the AQUOS/SHARP remote
2) Turn HDTV ON by pushing the power switch on the back/left side of the TV
NOTE: TV “on” indication is the ^ light below the SHARP label at the bottom of the screen

As of: 4 Jan 14 3) Locate the TV’s USB cable and insert your USB drive
4) Use the TV remote to select the USB as input (push INPUT and then use the arrow button to highlight USB on the 2nd page of the input menu, then select ENTER)
INPUT menu appears when INPUT button pushed
Push arrow buttons to highlight USB, then push ENTER

NOTE: The HDTV should display the USB Media menu
5) Use the TV remote and push ENTER to select Photo
NOTE: The HDTV should display the PHOTO menu of available photos
6) Use the TV remote and push ENTER to select the location of your photos

C 6) Use the TV remote to push the button to start the slide show
When you are done with the slideshow 5) Push the POWER button on the back of the HDTV to turn the TV off; remove your USB drive from the USB cable

1) Push the POWER button on the control panel
NOTE: this turns on the power to the entire system; you will not use the control panel again until you are done 2) The AV closet is located in the kitchen area; it’s locked so you will need a key to get inside
3) You will only use the Marantz receiver with your IPOD (you will need a ladder to set it up; the ladder is located in the closet next to this one)

As of: 28 Jan 14 5) Steps to play music with your IPOD: (a) Ensure POWER is ON (red light on)

(b) Rotate input/source selection knob (b) until the display indicates: iPod/USB Connect
(c) Connect the IPOD to the receiver and turn the IPOD ON with music playing

(e) Rotate volume knob to increase or decrease volume (a setting of ~45-50 is a good place to start)

When you are done with the music 6) Remove your IPOD from the receiver connection; close and lock the AV closet; push the POWER button on the control panel
