SUPERVISION® Pipeline Inspection “Deluxe” SUPERVISION® is valued around the world for its application in all fields of pipeline inspection. Dimension, speed and steerability make SUPERVISION® a powerful inspection tool, thereby being time-saving and moving around obstacles safely. SUPERVISION®’s modular design allows our crawlers to adapt to all diameters, with diverse material and condition. Due to short wheelbase and steerability our crawlers can easily move over obstacles, steps and pass through tight bends. There are three crawler sizes available that can inspect pipes ranging from 100 mm to 1500 mm (4” to 60”) internal diameter. Our automatic cable reel enables crawlers to perform best over the full inspection distance and prevents cable tangles and jams during retrieval. Our SUPERVISION® system provides solutions for your explosion protection needs. It is ATEX certified for Zone I and Zone II. The fully SUPERVISION® compatible LATERAL LAUNCH SYSTEM with the satellite crawler SVR SAT140 and the cable reel SVA SAT150 is an ideal extension for the SUPERVISION® pipeline inspection system.
ROVVER® – Compact and Versatile The modular design of ROVVER® allows our crawlers to adapt to all diameters, with diverse material and condition. Due to short wheelbase and steerability our crawlers can easily move over obstacles, steps and pass through tight bends. DIGISEWER – 190° Inspection System The DigiSewer® is the perfect add-on to our SUPERVISION®, ROVION® and ROVVER® inspection systems. Via its additional LED lights, the wide angle “fish eye” lens captures a whole 190° view of the pipe.

AGILIOS ™ – Powerful and Agile AGILIOS™ – the pan & tilt push camera system by iPEK. It consists of a coiler for a 30, 60 or 90 m reinforced, but still flexible push cable, the multifunctional control panel VISIONCONTROL and the camera heads PTP70 and AC42, which was developed according to the requirements of our worldwide customers. In addition to the high image quality, the main functions of the system are an optimum illumination through LED-technology, an integrated location transmitter with an adjustable frequency range, a colour textgenerator, storing MPEG4 videos and BMP images and the option of a data exchange of this information via interfaces, such as USB or Ethernet.
ROVION® – Take off with extendable Power With its inspection system ROVION®, iPEK designed a scalable entry-level device to start into the pipeline inspection market. The size, profitability and functionality of this system offers everything that professional inspectors need for their working base. The ROVION® system excels through its power, robustness and agility. Additionally it is based on the future-minded and international long-time successful iPEK products and technologies. The range of application for ROVION® begins from pipe diameters of 4” and is capable upto pipe diameters of 40” by using the optional mainline carriage accessory. Quite a unique feature by using just one crawler. A clear and wide view into every corner is possible by the camera and the bright lights. The multifunctional control panel VISIONCONTROL VC200, which is already used for the pan & tilt push camera system AGILIOS™, is expanded by a second joystick and very clever customized software. It represents therefore the interface between ROVION® and AGILIOS™ and raises extended possibilities.
