The cleaning unit is available with manual or automatic engagement motion for single-side or double-side cleaning. The adhesive rollers are supplied up to a service width of 3,000 mm. Larger widths require prior specification of the technical data. The standard version maximum web speed is 600 m/min at a web width of max. 3,000 mm. Please indicate the technical details if higher speeds and wider webs need to be processed. Advantage: top cleaning quality combined with easy integration into all machine types. No costs for consumables. Application: for flat or slightly curved geometries with strong or strongly adhesive contamination from cardboards, wood, concrete, sheet metal or similar materials at web speeds of up to 600 m/min. The elimination of dust and coarse particles is paramount for the production processes. The brush heads are optimally attuned to the surface that needs to be cleaned. The standard version service width can be up to 3,000 mm wide Advantage: compact system capable of removing even strongly adhesive particles. Application: for flat substrates with slightly or heavily soiled surfaces. As required by the field of application, the cleaning unit can be equipped with a variety of brush - vacuum adhesive roller combinations. Suited for all types of paper, cardboard, sheet metal and plates. Production speed and assembly situation need to be specified beforehand. Advantages: particles sticking to web and plate surfaces and edges during processing seriously reduce the quality of the final product. Clean surfaces and edges clearly reduce costs. The special shape of the nozzle profile generates an extremely high, laminar airflow streaming from substrate surface over the aerodynamically shaped profile edge to the cleaning unit. The system units are available for service widths of up to 10,000 mm. The standard models are supplied for speeds of up to 1,500 m/min. Higher web speeds are possible in combination with special blowers. Advantage: continuous cleaning at consistent high quality. Maintenance-free unit, no consumables. Application: highly suitable for continuously running webs trimmed or cut with mechanical systems (press cut, shear cut, blades or similar). Depending on the space conditions and knife system, the cutting tool is accommodated in a housing with vacuum extraction. There is no limitation to the service widths as the extraction module is usually mounted on top of the cutting unit. For web speeds of up to 2,000 m/min. Advantage: If top quality is required, the absence of trim dust provides a clear competitive edge. Application: for three-dimensional components with strongly curved geometry and low degree of contamination, i.e. in mold production and car industry, part carriers, transport packaging, PCBs and injection molded parts. The systems can be incorporated into continuously running production processes. The high air speed also enables cleaning of components with large/deep recesses. Production speed and maximum object size need to be specified beforehand. Advantage: the use of ionized air and extremely high air humidity allows cleaning of complex parts. Non-contact surface cleaners guarantee smooth and careful substrate cleaning without any loss in quality. To free the particles from statically charged surfaces, the surface is discharged by (active or passive) ionization. Contact cleaners with adhesive rollers guarantee an optimum cleaning quality. The contact cleaners can be pressed onto the substrate surface either directly or by means of a transfer roller. In case of stronger contamination or highly adhesive particles, contact cleaners with brushes are employed. The large variety of brushes covers a vast field of applications. Cleaning systems for running web (paper, film, aluminum) cutters remove the dust directly at their place of development. On cutting units, the trim dust is usually evacuated at the the top or bottom of the running web. 3-D cleaning systems are applied where geometrically complex shapes need to be processed. Model series are cleaned via ionization discharging the electrostatically contaminated surfaces. The air volume and intensity is optimally attuned to the respective application. STATIC DISCHARGE IONIZATION Inactive discharge of static surfaces with antistatic brushes or antistatic straps. The brushes or straps are integrated into the cleaning unit, they are maintenance-free and costeffective. Active ionization is a powerful system for optimum product quality in the industrial field. The system comes with a highperformance power supply unit for control and monitoring (optional). The highly effective discharge electrode provides optimum discharge performance at high web speeds and keeps residual charges at a minimum. High-voltage resistant emitters make the electrodes safe to touch and confer the best passive characteristics. The electrodes are approved for use in EX areas. The electrode and encapsuled highvoltage cable can be washed and are easy to clean. Inexpensive alternative for use in smaller systems. If needed for more than one machine, the filter unit can be mounted on wheels. JETfilter ST JETfilter ST filter box with blower, filter unit, noise insulation and control system in one compact unit. Can be used as stationary or mobile unit. Blower consumption between 1.5 and 7.5 KW. Filter volume 40 m3/h or 80 m3/h. The filter housing features full noise insulation. JETfilter 2500 / 4000 / 6000 / 12000 JETfilter 2500 / 4000 / 6000 / 12000 can be used as standalone filter unit when several surface cleaning systems are used on a machine. The filter unit has been designed for sophisticated tasks and contaminants are reduced to a minimum. The filter materials comply with the M and H BIGA categories with options for PTFE membranes. They are antistatic as well as water and oil repellent. The electronic filter control takes care of automatic self-cleaning. CONTROL SYSTEM JETpower FU JETpower FU control and adjusting unit for basic surface cleaning systems. The frequency converter is equipped with a master switch and adjusts the blower output. A floating contact allows automatic blower start-up. JETpower FUB JETpower FUB unit with frequency converter and LOGO system function control. The control units are equipped with master switch, ON/OFF/manual operation, frequency converter for blower speed control, LOGO control for automatic start-up, cleaning module engagement and automatic lifting when splices pass.
