Surge Protected Power Control Center Definition: The Leviton Surge Protected Power Control Center is designed to protect 120V AC, 50/60 Hz single-phase power. The unit also provides 2-wire protection for an incoming phone line. An LED and an audible alarm will signal loss of protection Application: The 5400-TLS is designed for placement under the monitor of a computer to protect against transient surges on the AC power line and the telephone line. There are 6 surge-protected outlets on the rear panel that will protect a computer, monitor, printer, plus other critical equipment. Push button switches on the front panel control 5 outlets, while one outlet is “always on”. An RJ-11 connector provides 2-wire protection to a modem, fax or telephone.
