Grande Lakes Orlando has selected Swank Audio Visuals as the exclusive source of audio visual rental equipment, concert sound systems, stage lighting and professional technical services for guests using the hotel's meeting facilities. Swank Audio Visuals maintains an office and facilities in the hotel complete with equipment, management staff and technicians. Because Swank Audio Visuals’ on-site staff functions as a department of our hotel, they are totally familiar with the unique aspects of our facilities and can offer consistently superior service to ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting. For your convenience, all charges for audio visual equipment and services will be posted on your master account. If a master account is not established with the hotel, payment is required at the time of your event by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
For your quick reference, this brochure contains only the most frequently requested audio visual equipment. Of course, sophisticated and complex requirements, though readily available and accommodated, are beyond the scope of this condensed brochure. If your audio visual requirements are complex, extensive or out of the ordinary, we suggest you contact the Swank Audio Visuals office in the hotel to discuss your arrangements and personalized quotation.

This technology combines the video of a speaker side-by-side with their data source (such as a PowerPoint or iPad screen), into a single on-line presentation. The production is easily viewable on any computer by those unable to attend in person, either live or stored in on-demand format. Swank Mobile Meeting Manager® (M3) is a customizable web-based app that displays your event information on your attendees' smartphone or tablet, turning it into an interactive electronic event resource. M3 is set up as a mobile website, allowing attendees to electronically view sessions, speakers, exhibitors maps and more, thereby eliminating the need for printed materials and unnecessary downloads.
