The new SWISS MOP CLEANER machines for building cleaners With the Spirit topLine and Spirit proLine washing machines and dryers mop covers and cleaning cloths are always thoroughly cleaned. This is why they are ideal for use in hospitals, schools, office buildings, commercial operations, wellness centres, saunas, senior citizens’ and nursing homes.
Schulthess offers professional solutions for washing mops and cleaning cloths. The new SWISS MOP CLEANER machines effectively and thoroughly remove dirt, bacteria and germs from mop covers and microfiber cloths.
Machine cleaning indicator with autoClean self-cleaning programme The professional Swiss Mop Cleaners are now equipped with an exclusive machine cleaning indicator to alert the user when the machine requires cleaning, depending on intensity and type of use. This prevents operational malfunctions which may be caused by soiled machines and reduces service and maintenance expenses. It also extends the service life of the machines and ensures better hygiene. The autoClean programme takes only 25 minutes to thoroughly clean drum, tub, heating elements, and detergent dispenser.
Ten profiClean programmes specifically developed to meet the needs of building cleaners guarantee that fabrics are efficiently and gently washed and conditioned. The machines are easy to operate. All it takes is the touch of two buttons (profiClean and start buttons). The text display is available in up to 20 different languages and indicates the currently selected programme and the remaining run time. The washing machines can be programmed up to 100 hours in advance to increase the machine utilisation rate and productivity!
Rack with dosing pumps for liquid detergent With the new dosing pump rack Schulthess offers an integrated solution for the safe, clean and easy handling of liquid detergents. Detergent dosing is automatically controlled by the washing machine and specifically adjusted to each individual programme. The rack is attached to the machine to save space and comprises up to eight dosing pumps with level control and suction lances, including empty level sensor. No additional electrical wiring or hose lines are required which facilitates installation and ensures the flexible use of the machine in the event of relocation.

Tested hygiene
Machine base with lint trap drawer Heavily soiled mops and cleaning cloths are efficiently cleaned with the profiClean programmes for building cleaners. To prevent lint from clogging the drain pipes, the Spirit topLine washing machine is now equipped with a lint trap drawer integrated into the base and specifically designed to meet the needs of building cleaners.

With the wkf-tested disinfection programmes the machines satisfy even the strict requirements in hygienically sensitive areas, such as hospitals and nursing homes.
The drawer can be conveniently pulled out for regular cleaning and to remove and clean the filter. In addition, the optimal height of the chrome steel base of 40 cm is ergonomically beneficial for loading and unloading the washing machine and ensures efficient water drainage if the machine is connected to the wall.
Gentle drums The finely perforated gentle drums with up to 15,867 holes (3.2 mm diameter) achieve excellent washing and rinsing results and guarantee long-lasting use of wiper covers and fabrics. Even heavily soiled mops are thoroughly rinsed and any dirt residue is completely removed from the drum.

All washing machines are equipped with a high-performance and wear-free asynchronous motor with frequency converter to support appropriate washing and spin speeds for any fabric and for an exceptionally smooth operation.
