PIN:_ Menu Mode The individual applications (e.g. Caller lists, Phonebook, Settings/Applications etc.) are called with the menu buttons. An application can include various tabs, which in turn contain entries in list form. If there is a shortcut menu for an entry, an arrow appears after the entry. For how to move within the applications, please refer to the table: Call of an application (e.g. Caller lists, Phonebook etc.) Press the corresponding menu button. 08 09 Use your fingertips on the inner ring of the navigation wheel, or use the arrow buttons. Here you will find the list of callbacks which you have initiated (My Callback requests) and the list of callbacks requested from you. tSelect the relevant list and confirm the selection with OK. tThe entries will be listed. tSelect the entry you want, and press on OK. Details of the entry are displayed. The entry can be selected or removed. I want to transfer a call. I want to initiate a conference. All calls will be forwarded according to your defined configuration (see section "Configure Call Forwarding"). . You may want to process Voicemails which you have already listened to. tPress the menu button "Voicemail" and choose 1 Voicemail inquiry. tConfirm your selection with OK. You are in the main Voicemail inquiry menu. tPress 1 to hear voicemails that you have already heard. tFollow the instructions for further inquiries. 16 I would like to listen to voicemails from another telephone. tCall your own number and during the welcome message press Answering a Callback Request If you did not pick up a callback or another subscriber has left you a callback request, the list "Missed Callbacks" or "New Calls" appears in your display. tConfirm this display with OK. Note: Additionally you may hear a stuttered dial tone when the handset is lifted. Making a callback request => I want to listen to my Voicemails. tPress the menu button "Voicemail" I would like to start a callback and be called back. The called internal subscriber does not pick up the telephone. tIn the menu, select the option Callback Request. Your request is added to the list Callback requests of the called subscriber. Do I also have an answering machine? You have received new Voicemails. In your display you will see: You call an internal subscriber, who is currently speaking on the phone. tIf you hear the busy signal, select the option Callback Request in the menu, and confirm the selection with OK. tWhen the subscriber finishes the call, this is indicated with an acoustic signal. Voicemails are delivered to you by e-mail, but you can also listen to your voicemails with the telephone. To configure a Call Forwarding to your Voicemail please see section "Configure Call Forwarding". Note: To activate the functionality Voicemail, an e-mail server must be available in your network. You have access to the Global and Personal phonebooks that you also access via your SwyxIt!. All changes and deletions that you carry out in these phonebooks on your SwyxPhone L660/L680 will be synchronized with the phonebook data that is backed up on SwyxServer. In contrast to this, there are two more phonebooks in the SwyxPhone L660/L680, a further personal phonebook and the "Corporate" phonebook. These phonebooks are stored only on the device. This means that other users who log on to this SwyxPhone L660/L680 at another time can also view and change these phonebooks. tPress on the Phonebook button . tBy pressing again on the phonebook button, you can switch back and forth between the phonebooks. tUse the navigation wheel to navigate to the phonebook entry you want. tConfirm your selection with OK. To associate a call to a project, you must enter *, the assigned project code and # in front of the number dialed (e.g. *007#0123456789). Delete entry Notes During a call you can annotate a number and a name. tIn the menu, select the option Note, and confirm the selection with OK. tEnter the number and name, and confirm the input with OK. Note: The notes are stored in your personal phonebook. Change entry tChoose Edit entry and confirm the selection with OK. The data for the contact is displayed. tChange the name if necessary and confirm the input with OK. tYou can enter the letters as for an SMS: In other words, for e.g. the letter R press button 7 three times. tChange the number if necessary, and confirm the input with OK. tSave the changes with 1 OK. Note: You can only suppress your number for external calls. You can define which of your calls should be received on which line. tIn the main menu 8 Configuration, choose the entry 3 Lines. tChoose the line you want to configure. tPress OK. tDefine which of your calls should be received on this line, and which number should be used for outgoing calls. You can also block a line for a wrap up time after each call. Note: The LED of a line glows with brief interruptions. Set screen saver If your SwyxPhone L660/L680 is idle for a certain period of time, you can specify that the screen saver will be activated.
