Talking Watch User’s Manual 1. Layout and Function of Buttons Besides the crown positioned at 3 o’clock, you will find 4 buttons – S1 button is at 2 o’clock, S2 button at 4 o’clock, S3 button at 10 o’clock and S4 button at 8 o’clock. S3 S1 S4 S2 Crown Button Adjusts the time. Pull the crown out then rotate the crown clockwise to adjust the hour and minute hands, then push the crown back to set the time. S1 Button Function Speaks the current time. S2 Button Function Settings button, used to set the time, alarm and hourly time broadcast. S3 Button Function Selects alarm chime and sets the minutes for time setting and alarm setting modes. S4 Button Function Sets the hours for time setting and alarm setting modes and sets 24-hour time system. 2. Setting 24-Hour Time System You can choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time system. To set 12-hour time system, press S4 (beep) then press S1 to speak time. To set 24-hour time system, press S4 (no beep) then press S1. 3. Time Broadcast Setting Press S2 (beep) then press S4 to set the hours and S3 to set the minutes. Once done, wait 8 seconds and you will hear a beep which confirms saving the new time. 4. Alarm Setting Press S3 to select the alarm chime. Press S2 twice (beep) then press S4 to set the hours and S3 to set the minutes. You can press S1 to check the alarm time. Once done, wait 8 seconds and you will hear a beep which confirms saving the new alarm. To activate the alarm, press S2 three times (beep) then press S3 (beep) to activate, or S3 (no beep) to switch off. Once done, wait 8 seconds and you will hear a beep which confirms saving the setting. 5. Setting Hourly Time Broadcast Press S2 three times (beep) then press S4. You can choose between three options – beep sets the hourly time broadcast off, high beep sets to broadcast every hour, and two beeps sets to broadcast only between 7:00 and 21:00. Once done, wait 8 seconds and you will hear a beep which confirms saving the setting.
