TANDBERG Portable 6000 The TANDBERG 6000 Portable incorporates the innovative features of the TANDBERG 6000 rollabout in a specially designed hard case portable unit. The unit is well suited for a wide range of applications such as ad hoc meetings at remote sites, rental for trade fairs and exhibitions and as a portable sales tool. Easily transported, the Portable provides users with an exceptional degree of flexibility, without compromising the extensive functionality offered by the rollabout version. This videoconferencing system can be deployed anywhere in the world and is easily set up and installed in just a few minutes.
Highlights include: MultiSiteTF Up to 4 sites can participate in joint meetings, each benefiting from the same superb audio and video quality. High bandwidth speeds enhance collaboration by providing the ability to run 3 sites each at 384 kbps or 4 sites each at 256 kbps. Natural VideoTF Natural VideoTF is broadcast TV mode quality that utilises the full screen to send a 60 fields per second true interlaced picture. For systems such as the Portable 6000 that run at 512kbps and higher, users enjoy exceptionally smooth motion pictures of the highest video quality. Digital ClarityTF Used in conjunction with Duo VideoTF, participants are able to enjoy presentations of exceptional quality through images automatically transmitted at a resolution four times that of standard videoconferencing quality (4xCIF). PC PresenterTF (VGA Input) PC Presentations of all types, independent of software or hardware platform, are made simple through an easily accessible connection plug on the front of the cabinet, eliminating the need for addition hardware.
SVGA Output With the SVGA Output you can connect a VGA monitor as a second monitor. This allows for the output of extra high resolution, live video images that are especially effective for PC presentations. W.A.V.E. (Wide Angle View Camera) The W.A.V.E Camera delivers the widest angle of view in the industry, minimizing user intervention and ensuring that each person is clearly seen at the remote site(s). Intelligent Call ManagementTF (ICM) ICM automatically optimises the system for the best possible audio and video quality. The unique DownspeedingTF feature maintains the call in progress, without interruption, even if up to 11 of the 12 channels are dropped. SoftMuxTF The innovative internal software IMUX increases reliability, is software upgradeable and eliminates the need for an additional internal or external multiplexer.
