INTERNATIONAL CALLS LOCAL CALLS AND 019 CALLS Ask your consultant in store. 16.5¢ per call BREADTH OF SERVICE DISCOUNT NATIONAL LONG DISTANCE (STD®) CALLS You receive free calls to mobile services in Australia that are on your account and which you nominate to be part of your breadth of service discount. You must not use the calls under the Breadth of Service Discount in an excessive or unreasonable way. We consider that making more than 2,500 minutes per month of calls to a mobile service is excessive and if you do this we can withdraw the breadth of service discount. To be eligible for the Breadth of Service Discount you must have a minimum of 3 eligible Telstra Mobiles services. CALL TYPE Timed STD calls Preferential and extended zone calls Page 1 of 2 CHARGE 17.6¢ per minute, with a 17.6¢ minimum call fee 22¢ per call CALL DISCOUNTS You’ll also receive a discount off local voice calls and national long distance (STD) voice calls made from your Telstra Business phone system, depending on whether you choose a 36, 48 or 60-month fixed term agreement: • 36-month agreement – 30% discount • 48-month agreement – 40% discount • 60-month agreement – 50% discount. FEATURES We have a range of features that will help you make the most of your business phone service including features to help you manage your calls. You can take them up at any time. Some are free and some have a monthly fee and/or call charges. PSTN CONNECTION CHARGES GST INCL. Each new connection of any ISDN 2 service (one service) $356.95 For the second and subsequent services connected at the same time as the first (per service) $302.50 Each in-place connection of ISDN 10/20/30 (per 2 Mbit/s link) TELEPHONE SYSTEMS We offer a range of different telephone systems from leading manufacturers. You have the option to purchase your system outright, or lease the system. If you need finance, you have the option of applying to Capital Finance and having your finance payments appear on your Telstra bill, or you can arrange your own. Finance is subject to assessment. MAINTENANCE ISDN CONNECTION CHARGES Activation of idle channels on an existing ISDN 10/20/30 service (per 10 channels) If your plan is cancelled before your minimum term has ended, you must pay us an early termination charge (ETC) equal to $300 multiplied by the number of months (or part of a month) left in your plan term, plus a fixed fee of $100. 36, 48 and 60 month fixed term agreements are available. Separate charges apply for additional connections to the same property or premises and additional charges may also apply for more complex connections. Each new connection and activation of ISDN 10/20/30: • per 10 channel service • per 20 channel service • per 30 channel service OTHER CHARGES CONTRACT LENGTH The above charges apply where your phone service is connected for more than three months. A temporary connection charge applies where your service is connected for three months or less and is $100 more. The $100 difference is charged when your business phone service is cancelled. Each in-place connection of ISDN 2 or ISDN 2 Enhanced (one service) If the NBN comes to your area, we’ll take responsibility for managing your transfer to this new network. To do this, we’ll need your agreement and help to access your premises, and we’ll talk with you about installation requirements. We’ll work with you to make this as simple as possible, but we may need to cancel your plan if you don’t want to move across. We’ll let you know the details before any changes happen. If one of our suppliers raises its prices in the future, this may result in the cost of your service increasing. We will let you know before this happens. A connection fee may apply to connect your phone service: • telephone line without a technician visit $59 • telephone line with a technician visit $125 • new telephone line connection/ telephone line connection with a technician visit and cabling work $299 CONNECTION CHARGES TRANSFERRING TO THE NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK (NBN) $121 $2,238.50 $3,025 $3,388 $907.50 $605 CONNECTION TIMEFRAME Once we’ve accepted your application we’ll try to connect your phone service on the date you ask for but this might not always be possible. If there has been a previous working phone service at your premises and we can reconnect it without having to visit your premises, the local telephone exchange or anywhere in between then we aim to connect the service within 2 working days of your request. If this is not possible then we aim to connect your service within 5 to 15 working days, depending on your location. For a monthly fee you can ask us to maintain your telephone system. Ask your consultant for more details. ACT CUSTOMERS If your telephone line is at an address within the ACT Government area including the Jervis Bay area of NSW, you may be charged an ACT Government Utilities Tax Charge in addition to the Minimum Monthly Charge.
