TDLS220 Process Oxygen Analysis The Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy (TDLS) Analyzer, TDLS220 is specifically designed for accurate, reliable and low maintenance measurement of volume percent (vol%) oxygen in process gas streams. Typical applications include: • Vent headers and flare lines • Vapor Recovery Systems • Reactor Control Bulletin 11Y01B02-01E-A www.yokogawa.com/an/index.htm The first tunable diode laser analyzer, designed specifically for process analysis Innovative Dependable Accurate Process Hardened Our TruePeak Process Laser Analyzer uses a tunable diode laser and measures across an infrared absorbance region. This means you can make measurements in the most demanding applications. The TruePeak measurement integrates the area of the absorbance rather than measuring peak height or peak width value alone. This means you get a true interference free analysis. TruePeak measurement ensures accuracy even during simultaneous sample pressure, temperature, and background gas changes. Flexible installation options, materials of construction, and validation methods make the Yokogawa TDLS a perfect solution for the most aggressive process applications. User Interface 4Stand Alone • Mini Display (integral or remote), 4x20 VFD with • scrolling information 7” Color Screen with Keypad 4Remote Interface Unit (RIU) • Interface only, not required for analyzer operation • 7” Color Screen with Keypad • Connects 1 to 4 analyzers with central display/keypad Reliability 4Enhanced Diagnostics Built In diagnostics with on board CPU, data storage, and retrieval. No PC required to record data, spectra, and critical diagnostics. • Data transfer via wired/wireless Ethernet, memory stick or PDA • Spectra capture (timed, manual capture, event-based) 4Maintenance • All components field replaceable • Remote diagnostics and analyzer control Sample Diagnostics Screen Shots The Process TDLS Solution 4Interference free 4TruePeak measurement 4Rapid measurement up to 5 seconds (optional 10 seconds) 4Sample gas pressure up to 100 psig 4Sample gas temperature up to 120˚C (248˚F) (When ambient temperature is ≤ 40˚C) 4Optical measurement Hazardous Area 4 Class 1, Div 2 Group B,C,D when purged • The standard analyzer is designed for operation in Safe Area (General Purpose) The addition of a Purge System facilitates operation in Hazardous Area for gaseous releases.
