The neck engraved bottle crosses the TDR with no belts / no contact / no “stop & rotate” The principle is based upon multi camera imaging: • x10 high resolution cameras allowing a 360°container overlapping • x1 camera identifying and reading the code

Traceability by MDR : Manual Datamatrix Reader The Tiama readers’range also includes a MDR (Manual Data Matrix Reader). The MDR is a stand-alone portable reading tool designed to ensure offline reading capability on empty and full containers.
Datamatrix engraving in glassplants TIAMA’s know-how: To ensure total and individual traceability of the container, Tiama’s TOTAL TRACER engraves a unique laser engraving Datamatrix code. Glass is engraved at 600°C being in a « plastic » state just after the forming machine.
