StreamboxME Pro The new easy-to-use StreamboxME Pro App equips contributors to send professional quality video using only a smartphone/iPad directly to a Streambox Decoder, Enterprise Server or Streambox Live Service. This new mobile encoder gives users the ability to take advantage of 3G/4G LTE cellular networks and Wi-Fi to send up to 2 Mbps professional quality video content with sub 2-second latency. Streambox-exclusive reliable protocol LDMP maximizes reliable video transmission, allowing users to capture video at 432x240 resolution, up to 30 frames per second (fps), with Advanced Audio Coding (AAC). Automated one-click streaming offers multiple presets to choose from, allowing non-technical users to easily operate the mobile encoder in the field. In the event of a network loss, users will be able to record a high quality video file up to 2.0 Mbps for transmission at a later time. StreamboxME Pro allows broadcasters to efficiently collect unlimited amounts of video that can be supplied by a variety of contributors including video journalists, stringers, and even provides the necessary infrastructure to turn viewers into contributors for a low cost. Live streams and archived video can be easily managed, routed in one click, or searched based on metadata. StreamboxME Pro will be available for download on iPhone and Android devices. STREAMBOX LIVE The current version of Streambox Live now has an increased bit rate to 750 kilobytes per second (kbps), an updated resolution to ½ D1, and added IFB communication. Streambox Live’s scalable software offers the mobility and flexibility to send live or file-based video from anywhere in the world. Free software encoders allow unlimited downloads to laptops or mobile phones, enabling broadcasters greater opportunity for video contribution of high quality breaking news content.
STREAMBOX LIVE PRO Streambox Live Pro is a scalable software-based Encoder for Mac and PC Laptops that enables broadcasters to cost-effectively cover breaking news stories in the field by capturing professional quality ad hoc broadcasting content using a Mac or PC laptop. Streambox Live Pro features uncapped bandwidth, Full D1 resolution, and up to 30 frames per second (fps) allowing users to take full advantage of all available IP networks (including 4G). Automated one-click streaming offers multiple presets to choose from, allowing non-technical users to easily operate the mobile encoder in the field.
