PUR PANELS Product Description: Modular panels, on both sides galvanized lacquered steel sheets with PU core. This modular system is invented for clean room walls and/or ceilings. It’s a flexible construction system permitting modular changes afterwards. The panels are perfectly airtight, have a good insulation value and offer a complete flush finishing in combination with the doorframes, windows and floor track. As the panels are made of steel and as there’s an aluminum frame all around the PU core, the panels do not emit particles and so these panels are extremely suited for cleanrooms that need the highest level of finishing.
Conception: Core: PU foam, injected under high Pressure in between the two Steel sheets. 40kg/m³ +/- 5gk/m³ 11

Span = Distance between 2 suspensions, taken into account the long side of the panel. Charges taken into account for the determination of the accessibility = 60 daN/m³ (weight of the panel included, panel held on 2 points) + 150 daN/m² (if the ceiling is accessible, temporary mobile loading on each point of the ceiling). Normal cutouts (width < 600mm) do not affect the accessibility of the ceiling. “ Abnormal” cutouts (width > 665mm and/or surface > 450mm) need a supplementary reinforcement with profiles on the ceiling and a supplementary suspension. (*) The ceiling Pharma PLUS (PUR 60) is not a technical floor level! For maintenance and assembling, this ceiling allows the occasional passage of a person with his tools.
Assembling the panels: The panels Pharma PLUS (PUR) have an aluminum frame all around. This aluminum frame allows a perfect joint in between the panels. The wall panels have these profiles on the long side and on the side of the ground profile, the ceiling panels have this aluminum frame all around. The aluminum frame also includes a section of 20x41mm for the passing of electrical wiring.
Airtightness of the panels: -

GENERAL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR THE CLEANING OF PANEL CONSTRUCTIONS INTRODUCTION: The products used must always meet with the legal prescriptions concerning use close to food and concerning biodegradability. Whatever the general prescriptions described in this document, the more detailed prescriptions of the product supplier / manufacturer must always be taken into account. Eventually technical assistance of the cleaning products and/or a training for the cleaning personnel can be asked to the supplier of the cleaning products. This education concentrates on the quantity of the products, on the exact use and on the security measures that must be taken, particularly in case of aggressive products.
GENERAL PRESCRIPTIONS: It is recommended: -
To use the exact concentrations To dilute the products with water on the exact temperatures. The cleaning with high pressure could damage the panel finish and gasket. To respect the maximum pressure : 50 bar at 50cm distance To respect the temperature which indicates the producer. Normally this is +/- 30°C. Higher temperatures mostly reduce the cleansing effect. To respect the contact time of the cleaning products on the panels. Maximum 20 minutes; if the supplier indicates shorter times these must be respected. To rinse exuberantly with clean water, on max. 50 bar at 50 cm distance
The number of cleanings depends completely on the circumstances and sanitary requirements. Obstinate pollution (local) can be polished with a sponge and an adapted cleaning product; be careful for damage of the finition; certainly when abrasive cleaning products / powders or hard sponges are used. Do not forget to rins8 Mixing of cleaning products: Mixing cleaning products in NOT a task of the consumer: the suppliers bring ready-made products on the market and mixing can be very dangerous: -
The missing of an alcalic and an acid cleaning product can bring along a dangerous exotherm reaction The mixing of an acid product with a chlorous product brings along very aggressive and very poisonous chlorine gases.
CRDB | CLEANROOM DEVELOPMENTS BELGIUM
14
CLEANING PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO THE EXECUTION: 1.1
Stainless steel (inox)
Most products can be used, except chlorous products. Can also be used: -
Detergents: Washing products and soaps from business (without chlorine). The household products are very appropriate for the periodical maintenance. Always rinse well after cleaning.
-
Abrasive powders: Even very fine powders will give the surfaces of stainless steel another aspect; Consequently, they must be avoided if possible; Once the stainless has been scratched this can no longer be made good The powders that eventually may be used may in no case contain iron oxides. Rinse thoroughly after use of powders.
-
Solvents: Cleaning with a solvent of stainless steel after the erection of new walls can be necessary to remove remnants of the protection foil. Solvents can also be used exceptionally to remove greasy spots which remain after cleaning with other cleaning products. Can also be used: Methyl chloride, pentachlorine-ethylene(solvethane), white spirit, alcools, etc… Be very careful with inflammable solvents for the high concentration that can come in he air during the job. Eventually wear adapted breath protection and see for continuous ventilation. Furthermore, you must be careful that solvents do not come into contact with other things in the air which do not bear these solvents (like certain kinds of plastics, mastics, layer of paint, etc…) After a cleaning with solvents a normal cleaning must follow.
-
Acid products: It is better to use the acid products only in specific cases of strong pollution or where settlement must be soaked off. Vinegar can be used to remove scale. Do avoid too long contact times and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Special products on base of phosphoric acid or nitric acid are especially designed to clean stainless steel. Do strictly follow the indications of the supplier They may only be used on spots on which first the most sticky dust has been removed with a normal product. A very thorough rinsing after the shortest possible contact time is very important for these acid products. Chlorous products can only be used with a guarantee of the supplier of the cleaning products.
-
Alcalic products (bases): Are always used in a very diluted way. Everything that is written concerning acid products is also valid for alcalic products.
15
CRDB | CLEANROOM DEVELOPMENTS BELGIUM
Cleaning method: After the installation of the panels, they must be cleaned with a solvent that removes glue remnants of the protection film. Immediately after this cleaning (which is never included in the price of the panels) a normal cleaning with i.e. a detergent must be done. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. If during the works, which eventually are executed on the site after the first cleaning, exceptional pollution takes place, than an adapted cleaning product must be used. Please, contact the supplier of the products. Cement and plaster spots can affect the plate and must be removed the soonest possible. These spots must then be cleaned with an acid cleaning product an than rinsed. Avoid: -
The use of hard brushed or sponges, which can scratch The use of waxes, which leave a film on the plate The use of chlorous products The rubbing of the walls in a direction which is not the polishing direction of the stainless steel The use of steel wool or metal sponges After a long period of cleaning with normal detergents a ‘renewal’ cleaning can be done. An acid reacting cleaning product is recommended. Please, contact the supplier.
1.2
Laquered executions
Each damage to the laquer must be repaired the soonest possible in order to avoid corrosion. For the cleaning, the above mentioned products can be used. Be very careful with the use of solvents: the contact time must be kept very short and it’s better to do first a test on a piece of plate. The use of acid and alcalic cleaning products must be limited. In each case, it’s better to use alternately acid and alcalic means which can be favorable for the lacquer concerning the discoloration after some time.
1.3
Alu-zinc
Plates with an alu-zinc finition are very problematical concerning the cleaning. A test with the cleaning product that has been chosen is recommended. Never use plumbiferous paint to repair alu-zinc plates.
ATTENTION : The guarantee of the supplier and consequently of CRDB is restricted : 10 year of guarantee on non-corroding of the plate. Next to this legal guarantee an additional guarantee on the lacquer can be given eventually after an examination of the environtment and the circumstances in wich the plate will be used. As normal envrironment can be considered : country air, non-polluted ; open air in the city or near to non-polluted industry. Inside with healthy and dry air. For the choice of finition, please contact us.
The guarantee on the steel plate does in no case cover damages which find their origin in the cleaning procedures, drilling, the use of abrasive means and solvents.

PAINT-STICK DESCRIPTION: Siatane Pr-Topcoat is a 2 component polyurethane-acrylic anticorrosion and adhesion coat. The product adheres very well on steel, aluminum, all kinds of zinc or aluminum galvanized surfaces, mineral substrates and also on several plastics. Siatane can be applied in thick coats by air or airless spray. Siatane resists very well UV exposure and can therefor also be applied as a topcoat in outside weathering conditions. Siatane is also a good anticorrosion primer for steel, galvanized steel and aluminum.
BINDER: Hydroxy functional acrylic and aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener.
GLOSS AND COLORS: 14-22 Gardner 60° - mat. Colors: white, oxide red, black and RAL shades etc…
