DESCRIPTION A dedicated subwoofer system with an 18-in transducer in a vented trapezoidal enclosure. APPLICATIONS The SB330e is engineered to complement the KF300e in small format arrays. Tuned enclosure venting extends LF response and minimizes driver strain. MX Series processors extend LF response and safeguard against cone excursion damage. Universal suspension hardware includes both a flytrack and a 3/ 8"-16 mounting point to support portable or permanent applications. Six Year Warranty. The sub bass loudspeaker systems shall incorporate an 18-in LF transducer mounted in a vented enclosure tuned for optimum low frequency response. System frequency response shall vary no more than ±3 dB from 27 Hz to 250 Hz measured on axis with appropriate signal processing. The loudspeaker shall produce a Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of 96 dB SPL on axis at 1 meter with a power input of 1 Watt, and shall be capable of producing a peak output of 132 SPL on axis at 1 meter. The loudspeaker shall handle 1000 Watts of amplifier power (AES Standard) and shall have a nominal impedance of 8 Ohms. The loudspeaker enclosure shall be trapezoidal in shape. It shall be constructed of 15mm thickness void-free cross-grainlaminated Baltic birch plywood and shall employ extensive internal bracing. It shall be finished in black catalyzed polyurethane. Input connectors shall be one each male and female AP4 and dual Neutrik NL4 Speakon. The following mounting/suspension hardware shall be provided: 6x 3-Position Flytracks (3 bottom, 2 top, 1 back), 8x 3/8”-16 Threaded Mounting/Suspension Points (2 each top and sides, 1 each back and bottom) The front of the loudspeaker shall be covered with a vinyl coated perforated steel grill. The sub bass loudspeaker shall be the EAW model SB330e.
