Bois Forte Housing Division List of Charges Tenant Damages All work done by Housing Maintenance staff to correct deficiencies that are the responsibility of the tenants will be charged according to the following: NOTE: All charges listed below are subject to change in accordance with the suppliers’ cost. Charges for repairs/replacements not listed below will be based on actual time and cost of materials. The charges below do not include labor. Labor cost is $10 per hour.

Fuel Tanks
Tanks must have the amount of fuel in them as when moved in at time of move out or you will be charged for a minimum fill (200 Gal). Price of fuel and/or emergency fill will be determined at that time. Defacing Premises - Large Projects Remodeling or repairing interior or exterior wall and floor surfaces, doors, door frames, door molding, ceiling, roofs, etc… is based on actual labor and material costs.
