SECTION-I Sealed tenders are invited from OEM, authorised dealer and supplier for supply and installation of Digital Photocopier and Multifunctional Office Machine at Odisha Computer Application Centre, Bhubaneswar against buyback of old photocopiers. Tender paper can be obtained from the website www.ocac.in starting from 22-06-2017 to 05-07-2017 on payment of a non-refundable fee of 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Odisha Computer Application Centre, Bhubaneswar” and should be sent to OCAC along with DD as mentioned above. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any part of or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof. General Manager (Admn.) SECTION – II GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.
Location of the Project: The equipment should be delivered and installed in the Odisha Computer Application Centre, Plot No.N1-7/D, Acharyavihar Square, Near Pathani Samanta Planetarium, Bhubaneswar751013.

Eligible Bidder: The bidder Should be a registered firm with Sales Tax Authority. Should furnish the registration certificate, Tin/VAT/GST registration certificate, PAN No. detail along with the tender paper. Should be an authorised dealer/distributor for the product quoted.(Authorisation from OEM should be attached) Required EMD and tender document fee should be deposited.

EMD of /- should be deposited along with the tender document fee failing which the tender document shall not be considered for evaluation
4.
Schedule of delivery: The equipment shall be delivered and installed in all respects within 2 weeks from the date of issue of purchase order.
5.
Documents to accompany the tender: The bidder must submit copy of the following documents along with the tender failing which, the tender will be treated as non-responsive and will not be accepted. i. Up to date VAT clearance Certificate/ VAT/TIN/GST Registration certificate ii. PAN Card iii. Dealer/Distributor/supplier authorisation certificate of OEM for the product quoted iv. Price Schedule as per format (Section-IV) v. Tender document fee & EMD.

Payment: 90% payment will be made on successful installation of the equipment, subject to submission of installation certificate issued by the proper authority. Balance 10% payment will be made after successful operation of the equipment for at least one month after installation.
7.
Delay in Delivery of the equipment: The time schedule for delivery of the equipment as mentioned in Clause 4 above is very important and the bidder must take utmost care to deliver the equipment in schedule. If the delivery is delayed for any reason for which Odisha Computer Application Centre is not responsible, a penalty @0.5% of the value of the purchase order will be charged to the bidder for a delay of one week or part thereof, subject to maximum 5% of the value of the purchase order.
