A perfect venue coupled with excellent food & service to ensure you and your guests have the most memorable day. A fantastic hotel with beautiful photo opportunities on the terrace plus our historic kiln dating back hundreds of years. Nearby we also have the amazing Burry Port Harbour plus Kidwelly Castle only a short drive away. Celebrating your Special Day with us we have the Ashburnham Suite that can hold up to 110 guests for a Civil ceremony & Wedding breakfast plus an additional 90 guests for an Evening Reception. The Pembrey Room can hold up to 70 guests for a civil ceremony & 40 for a Wedding Breakfast. We have a dedicated team of Wedding planners with years of experience who are here to help and guide you through all aspects of your Special Day. Wedding Brochure
Terms and Conditions All Prices are per adult and are inclusive of VAT A Provisional Booking will be held for 14 days A Non-Refundable Deposit of £500 is required to confirm the booking, along with a £250 security bond which is taking on your credit or debit card the day before the wedding and released back to your account within 7 working days after the wedding. Any damages to hotel property by any Wedding guest will be deducted from the bond. 50% of the total account is payable 3 months prior to wedding date. The final balance is payable 14 days prior to the wedding.
Cancellation -
If you have to cancel your booking with us the following charges apply Less than 6 months prior to the event 20% of the total booking Less than 3 months prior to the event 40% of the booking Less than 8 weeks prior to the event 50% of the total booking Final Arrangements & Numbers These are required 14 days prior to the event. Any deductions in numbers after this date will be charged in full. No monies will be refunded or transferred for use to pay other services. The table plan is required 7 days prior. Entertainment – The hotel does not organise entertainment. All entertainment must finish by 1am. Accommodation – Must be finalised 4 weeks prior to the date. Any rooms not allocated to guests after this date will be released for sale. Prices are Valid until 31st December 2018 Hotel Management reserves the right to change prices and content without prior notice.
