Guests to pay for their own accounts DEPOSITS To secure your Christmas Function, a deposit of $10 per person is required. If you make your booking: - Prior to June 30th, your deposit is due by August 1st - Between July 1st and August 31st, your deposit is due by September 1st - After September 1st, your deposit is required within 7 days Management reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not adhere to the terms and conditions attached to paying the deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE TENTATIVE BOOKINGS We will hold for a maximum of 7days. After 1st of September for Friday and Saturday bookings we are only able to hold a tentative booking for 2 days. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS Booking numbers are required 21 days prior to the function, with final guarantee of attendance essential 5 days before the function. This number will represent the minimum invoicing amount for function menus, cocktail food or drinks packages. A reduction of numbers, without sufficient notice of 21 days, will result in the loss of deposit for those cancelled seats. PAYMENT Payments must be made in full on the day of the event by cash or credit card. Cheques are not accepted. In the event that you wish to run additional charges on the night, you authorize The Strathmore Hotel to charge any outstanding accounts such as bar tabs to your credit card at the end of your function. We do not invoice for later payment. *Entertainment card and other discounts are not applicable with Christmas Menus.* MENU SELECTION Menu details and beverage options must be indicated on the booking form on the following page. Please inform us of any dietary requirements 7 days prior to the function so we can cater for your every need. All guests affiliated with a booking must be on the same Christmas function menu and the same beverage option. Our Christmas function menus are not applicable for Christmas Day. MENU UPGRADES You may upgrade to include additional sides with your main course. Cheese and greens are available as an additional course. All guests affiliated with your Christmas Function must select the same upgrade(s). Please indicate your selected upgrade(s) on the Booking and Deposit form. RESPONSIBILITY Organisers are financially responsible for any loss or damage sustained to The Brompton Hotel by the organiser or caused by guests attending the function. The hotel claims no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items left on the premises prior to or following the function. CLOSING Dinner functions must conclude by 12am, with last drinks called at 11.45pm. All beverage packages must conclude by 11.30pm. DUTY OF CARE At all times responsible service of alcohol is practiced at the hotel. Intoxicated individuals will not be served alcohol. The Brompton Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove patrons for inappropriate or offensive behaviour without liability. The law in respect of people under 18 years of age will be enforced at all times. Approved identification must be provided upon request. CANCELLATION POLICY Written notice is required to cancel a booking. All deposits are non-refundable. CONTACT SCHEDULE Upon receipt of completed booking form you will be emailed confirmation of all details of your Christmas event. You will also be contacted by phone. 21 days prior: to confirm your booking numbers, menu, beverage selection and menu upgrade(s) 5 days prior: to confirm all booking details including any dietary requirements and to complete full payment (Friday & Saturday Bookings only) If your numbers are likely to change significantly from your original booking we would appreciate advanced notice.
